Premier Electronics and Rayner Coverings completes a successful implementation of a custom inventory control system to support their warehouse receipt, repair and scrapping operations.
Rayner Coverings provides custom manufacturing and repair services for pool and spa covers nationwide. Their operations required a custom application to manage incoming receipt of pool covers, tracking of those covers through various stages of repair or replacement and palleting and scrap management for old covers. The solution included a full suite of reporting and administration tools for daily and weekly reporting of cover locations and statuses throughout their lifecycle. As part of the implementation, Ruckus wireless hardware was installed to provide reliable, thorough coverage across the entire warehouse as well as outdoor antennas to provide communication between their scrap yard and handheld terminals.
